Online Returns Policy
Prgrss will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a credit note or a full refund, less shipping. To arrange this, contact email@example.com to request an RA# number. The item/s must be in original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Footwear must be in original condition with no scratches or markings on the sole and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, Prgrss does not accept returns on swimwear, underwear, socks or earrings, unless faulty.
Returns that do not have an RA# number assigned to them and do not meet the above criteria cannot be processed. Acceptance and process of returns is at the ultimate discretion of Prgrss Store.
Please note that Prgrss is not able to offer exchanges and instead encourages you to return your original order to us for a refund and place a new order for your desired item directly from our website. Please note that the shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Prgrss for a refund are not covered or reimbursed.
Sale Items and FINAL SALE
Sale items can be returned for a store credit only with the same conditions in place as they are listed under the Online Returns Policy above.
Please note that there are no exchanges, store credits or refunds available for items that are FINAL SALE items. FINAL SALE items refer to those items that are discounted by 50% or greater. We encourage you to contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any further questions about items on FINAL SALE prior to purchase. Our FINAL SALE policy does not impede on your consumer rights for incorrect or faulty items.
How To Return
To initiate a return, email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number in the subject header of the email. In turn, Prgrss will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and provide you with details on how to proceed with your return. Please note that Prgrss does not accept any liability for items that are lost in the post whilst being returned to us and will only accept RA#’s that have tracking information attached to them.
Please note that shipping and postage fees associated with sending your returned item/s to us will not be covered or reimbursed. Any items that Prgrss receives without a valid RA# will not be processed and items will only be returned to customers at their expense.
All refunds will be credited to their original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Once your return has been received and processed, a store credit will be added to your customer profile, which will include a code to be redeemed online. Prgrss will notify you when this has been added to your account, or create an account on your behalf if you do not have an existing account.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
Prgrss makes the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch, and inspects all items individually prior to send out. In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and include a brief description and image/s of the fault in question.
If you believe that you have received an item which is different from that which was ordered, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and include a brief description and image/s of the item you have received instead.
